The Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog is dedicated to providing full disclosure about Leo Stoller– whose lack of credibility is a “matter of public record” according to the Courts– and the Truth Serum has been bombarded with more questions from its readers. Well, we aims to please, so here we go:

Question:    Isn’t Leo Stoller in jail in Arizona?

Truth Serum:    No, no, no. The Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog can understand how you might get confused– after all, you need a scorecard to keep up with these guys– but that is incorrect. Christopher Stoller– Leo’s brother and a key player in Leo Stoller’s industry of “frivolous litigation”– is, according to police records, currently incarcerated in the Lower Buckeye jail in Maricopa County, Arizona. Official records indicate that he has been held without bond since earlier in the year. Maricopa County, Arizona is the county that has been made famous by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who is often referred to as “America’s Toughest Sheriff.” Sheriff Joe,  as he is often called, is the one who makes the inmates wear pink underwear, eat hideous food, has a “tent city” jail facility located in the middle of the scorching desert and, in general, it is his mission to make any stay in his jails as unpleasant as possible for the inmates. Leo, on the other hand, was remanded to the Cook County, IL (Chicago) jail for a psychiatric evaluation pending further proceedings for criminal contempt. Leo Stoller was released, swears that he was incarcerated in violation of his Constitutional rights, and vows to sue everyone associated with his incarceration. 

Question:    I was paging through Leo Stoller’s blog, and he says his organization dedicated to enforcing strict ethics has existed since 1974. Then there are a couple of entries that say it has been in existence since 2007. I don’t get it.

Truth Serum:    Well, to begin with, it’s not wise to rely on any representations made by Leo Stoller. That’s a matter of public record– he represents himself as being dedicated to the ”strict enforcement of legal ethics among lawyers, judges, politicians, and businessmen,” yet the Courts are on record as stating that he engages in a pattern of judicial misconduct and ethical misconduct, and that he makes frivolous and meritless claims as part of an “industry of vexatious litigation.” With that being said, who knows. The Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog does know this, however: he regularly solicits donations from the public to help in his so-called mission of “enforcing strict ethical conduct,” he attempts to sell “self-help” legal guides for various prices (sometimes as high as $150.00), and he was sued in 2002 by the Illinois Attorney General for allegedly setting up a bogus online charity that solicited funds for 9/11 victims. So, as far as the disparity between his representations about being in existence since 1974 or 2007– well, the Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog can only assure you that, as always, it is doing diligent research on the subject.   

Question:    I’ve been ripping on some bombs lately, but I keep getting kicked over the falls. What’s up with that?

Truth Serum:    Oh, for the love of God, girl– get a grip. If you want to rip the bombs, there’s nothing wrong with that– but you are going to get biffed and you are going to get blasted. Such is life. But if you want to stay vertical and are sucking too much water, try getting the weight of your butt centered over the waves better. They don’t call them bombs because they are easy to surf, babe. And, no, that bikini does not make your ass look fat. Sheesh.

Question:    What is that group Leo Stoller is always writing about on his blog when it comes to parental alienation and all that stuff?

Truth Serum:    Oh, wow– the Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog purposely stays away from that one. Leo Stoller provides links on his blog to the filings, pleadings, and transcripts related to his bitter divorce and custody battle. That’s his choice. It’s his choice to publish that stuff all over the Internet.

The Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog, obviously, despises Leo Stoller and the way he uses and abuses the judicial system and the way he fabricates, distorts, and attacks people on his blog. The Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog is more than willing to provide full disclosure about Leo Stoller and his public record of judicial misconduct and ethical misconduct and the unique brand of legal extortion he is engaged in. The Truth Serum will expose Leo Stoller on anything related to his attempts at making a living by engaging in frivolous litigation, serial misrepresentations, and smear tactics.

But your question involves families and children. The Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog has to draw the line somewhere, and it draws the line at providing full disclosure regarding Leo Stoller’s “industry of vexatious litigation.” The Truth Serum Blog will not venture into areas that could result in causing additional distress to families and children.
